Graham joined the Malmaison Group in early 2005 as General Manager of Malmaison Leeds. Although he's still in his mid 30's, he already has over 15 years of experience in the hotel industry.

Graham spent his first four years in the industry working in his native Australia joining the industry in Darwin as a Luggage Porter/concierge whilst studying Hospitality management at the Northern Territory University. Graham joined Millennium Hotels in 1999, working in London and then the Middle East, where he opened the Millennium Hotel Abu Dhabi as Executive Assistant Manager.

After leaving Millennium, Graham was involved in the high profile start-up of The Grove, Herts before taking over as Hotel Manager at Seaham Hall Hotel.

Graham took over as General Manager of Malmaison Manchester to oversee a planned 2 million pound refurbishment and secured the accolade "Hotel of the Year" for Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin in his first year.

Graham now supports the group as a regional general manager for Manchester, Leeds & Liverpool as well as overseeing the day operation of Malmaison Manchester.
