We love it! And we’re not just talking reds. We adore Whites, rosés or bubbly. Each Mal Bar and brasserie has an impressive cellar, courtesy of our world class group sommelier Johnny Walker. Johnny’s number one in Manchester (would be better to have a name) brings an infectious love and playful sense of adventure to wine lovers of all levels of appreciation.

There can be no finer way to kick off an evening, than with a spot of mixology. Sample the Mal’s dangerously good cocktails, and whether it’s a Moscow Mule for him or something more Cosmopolitan for her, you most certainly won’t be disappointed.
